If I have a cd stuck in my player in my 2003 corolla, can I just pop off that section?

  • It's a 2003 corolla S and the cd plays over the radio. It won't eject. Taking suggestions.

  • CD Players are extremely sensitive, I would recommend removing the entire unit and taking it to your local dealership or electronics repair shop. Forcefully removing the CD will ruin the CD Player and/or the ejecting mechanism!

  • I can't speak for a Corolla; however, I had two CDs stuck in a single-CD player (kids are wonderful!). They were both in there for almost a year and, believe me, I got sick of Nirvana real quick after the first month. One day, my company had a picknick at a resovoir and the road to get there was one of those washboard, dirt roads. After about two minutes of intense jiggling, the top CD popped out all by itself! That could be a cheap solution for you--just find the right road and keep hitting eject.

  • See if there is a very small hole around the slot to put the cd in. Take a paper clip, a small paper clip and push it in there. Should be a manual ejection port of some kine. On foreign vehicles, I don't know if its there.

  • I would try it. VERY CAREFULLY
